Jess - Director
Jess has a business background, having spent the first 10 years of her career in the corporate world. She then moved into the education sector. This has given her significant experience working in high conflict environments.
In addition to delivering effective and highly tailored workplace training, Jess is a Workplace, Family and SEND mediator. No two people, teams, businesses or contexts are the same - Jess takes the time to really understand.
Witnessing the rippling effects of unresolved conflict was the catalyst for pursuing a career in conflict resolution. The cost of conflict goes way beyond the financial impact on a business - the stress, upset and uncertainty is rarely left at work.
Jess firmly believes in the power of knowledge, understanding, skills and open dialogue. She is passionate about helping those in conflict to become unstuck. A history of disharmony should not sabotage a happy and productive future in the workplace.
Irene - Director
Irene has a wealth of experience, practising as a Mediator, Trainer and Conflict Coach for over 25 years. Winner of the National Mediation Award 2018, she combines expertise, humility and a passion for transforming the stress and pain of conflict.
Her extensive track record in conflict resolution is a testament to her ability to handle a wide range of situations effectively, consistently delivering positive outcomes. As a mediator, coach and trainer, Irene takes a flexible and pragmatic approach, really tuning into the needs of those involved.
Irene has worked with organisations across the private and public sector, helping restore positive and productive relationships. Clients benefit from her experience of small and large group mediations, delivering in-house training, large group facilitation and conflict coaching.
Irene is tenacious - in a caring, supportive and client focused way. Passionately believing that conflict can be worked through, her focus is empowering others to move forward.
Lorraine - Associate
Lorraine wears two hats – Creative Producer and Workplace Mediator.
With over 20 years' experience in Film & Media, she has held a number of senior editorial and production roles.
Working in the high-pressure creative space was the catalyst for training as a mediator. In an industry often comprised of project-based teams, working to tight time, cost and delivery expectations – Lorraine saw an opportunity to improve conflict outcomes. The power of early, skilful and ‘real’ conversations is at the heart of her mediation practice.
Lorraine understands the unique environment of the creative world. Creating bespoke, practical and accessible approaches to conflict resolution is key.
